To access video/audio files you must have the appropriate media player
software installed.

- RealOne Player or higher recommended for playing Real Media Content.

Files
To access online resource files you may need one of the following
file viewer utilities depending on the format of resource file available.
Microsoft
PowerPoint files
(*.ppt)
To view these files you need the microsoft powerpoint viewer utility (or a full copy of Microsoft Powerpoint). You can download the free Powerpoint 2003 Viewer [for Windows] here, or the Powerpoint 98 Viewer [for Macintosh] here.
Adobe Acrobat files (*.pdf)
To view these files you need the Adobe Acrobat Reader utility. You can download the free Acrobat Reader software here.
